We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hourglass purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for products in new or gently used condition. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and a small return processing fee may apply.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS or FedEx return shipping label.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original luxury packaging or a sturdy box to ensure they arrive safely at our facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
